GB BLUE DEVILS
Founded by Geo Baker, the GB Blue Devils AAU organization (501c3) is dedicated to developing well-rounded athletes who excel both on and off the court. With a strong focus on character building, academic excellence, and fostering a supportive team culture, our program goes beyond basketball to empower players to reach their full potential. Through rigorous training, mentorship, and commitment to personal growth, the GB Blue Devils prepare athletes not just for success in the game but also for life’s challenges, ensuring they thrive in all aspects of their journey.
GEO BAKER
Geo Baker was a standout athlete for Rutgers Men’s Basketball from 2017-2022, playing a critical role in the transformation of the program. One of only two players in program history to reach 1,550+points, 450+ assists, 350+ rebounds and 150+plus steals. 4x All-Big Ten.
CALEB GREEN
Caleb Green is a former D1 point guard and 1,000 point scorer at Fairfield University. Caleb capped his 2020-21 season with a berth to the Division I-AAA Athletics Director Scholar-Athlete Team.
MENTORSHIP + PLAYER DEVELOPMENT
GB Blue Devils recognizes the importance of mentorship in shaping young athletes. Our mentors played a crucial role in development, instilling values such as integrity, responsibility, and decision-making. Through this organization, we aim to provide similar guidance and support to our players, emphasizing the importance of making good choices on and off the court.
ACADEMIC EXCELLENCE
Besides basketball skills, GB Blue Devils prioritizes academic success for all players, understanding the importance of education in preparing young athletes for their future beyond sports. By teaching skills such as time management and proactive student engagement, we aim to help our athletes excel academically, setting them up for success in their academic and professional endeavors.
